World of Creative Crafty Challenges - August Challenge

This month at World of Creative Crafty Challenges (it's a Facebook group), the theme is Recycling / Under the Sea. 

Now about my project...

I picked up a couple of old 78 vinyl records a few years ago, as I thought I would try my hand at altering it. I finally had a chance to use one of them.

For this project, I added bubble wrap (from a parcel), and paper straws to create the background. I then painted it with black gesso. To create the under the sea theme - I used a range of fussy cut images from Studio 73 papers.

I really enjoyed putting this one together. Looking forward to trying more.
